Lean Transformation

Lean transformation is the entire applications of Lean & Six Sigma ( LSS) process in order to obtain operational excellence.

  • Lean aims to reduce the lead time by eliminating waste in the value stream by doing kaizen events. Lean methodology has continuous improvement approach and “action-based” applications.
  • 6Sigma is the set of statistical tools of detailed measurement, analysis and studies in order to control the variables in the value stream. It focuses on increasing the process capability.

Lean transformation, also called LSS, is combination of lean and six sigma concepts.
